If Con is the opposite of Pro and Progress means to move forward, what does Congress mean?

i just got to it, and it was easy once you figured the it out. I should have expected a Grin game to poorly explain how to defeat bosses, as everything else is just as awful. I never even knew the rocket launcher had the ability to lock onto multiple targets.

Isn't that the point of bosses after all? figuring out how to beat them?
I don't remember any game that told me "Do that and then that and then that to defeat this guy". And if I played one, I must have been drunk.

the point of a boss is to push your skills of the game mechanics with some difficulty. At no point prior to this boss did the game ever explain or make known that the rocket launcher thing had the ability to lock onto numerous targets.

I would have never known had it not been for a guide I looked up after getting pissed off.

Heaven forbid you find out there is a rocket launcher that is not the same as every game. Maybe Grin did do something right...

Uh, it did. actually, you find that out the first time you pick it up against the Poly Crafts. I don't remember if Joe tells you exactly that it can, but he definitely advices you to hold down the target button to lock on to enemies, which results in you targeting more than one weak point.
I don't know about you, but for me that was the moment when I realized "Wow, that thing can lock on to more than one target!".

Actually you just hold down the fire button til it locks on. A royal pain on commando but doable. After the first shot though, you'll need at least 3 missiles locked on at once when you fire or you won't touch him due to his damned decoy missiles. And this boss isn't really that hard at all, except for the sons a bitchin' polymechs! Seriously!?!? Was it necessary?
