How to max trust with Cain?

I got all the other Max Trust trophies (thanks to farming in Chapter 2-5) but I am still missing the one with Cain. I always end up a little short of max trust when he leaves ...

In dialogues his trust always goes up. Could it be that there are other options maxing his trust even more? (Especially at end of 4-4?)

How can I impress him in battle? Is it random? Or a special way of killing (headshots or melees or double-kills?)

Is there any farming spot in the Chapters where Cain is available?

I heard of infinite enemies in 3-2 while on the mounted gun?

And because I forgot when he joined ... which is the first chapter Cain appears? Is it 3-2?

I was able to get Max trust with Cain during the storming of the Amanda building.

What I made sure I had was as follows.

* The trust skill booster (the one you buy from that dude in the slums).

* The moment you can select him for your party, do it, then never have him out of your party until you get the trophy. He was always the first person to be picked in my party. I find that this prompts them to comment on your skills more than the person you pick second.

*During battle I would almost always run ahead and kill whatever I could, this often prompts his trust to go up, after the fights he sometimes comments with you.

* During the walkaround section when you are in the Resistance base, when you go outside the medical room, talk to Cain. Make sure you select all the positive dialogue, then on the final choice select 'Hang in there' I found that this generates a more positive responce (needs confirming) than the other positive choice.

Otherwise what I did was make sure I destroyed as many enemies as possible, I aimed at their feet and worked my way up their body, it seemed to generate more positive impressions than head shotting.

I only ever revived Cain once, During the chase boss battle, I made sure to also take out the hover enemies,

Cain responds to the player getting the One shot kill bonus. I went through the whole of the subway section with a shotty and he praised me for every one shot kill I got.

Nevermind, got it meanwhile.

I totally forgot that I didn´t use Cain in 3-3 and 3-4 during my first game and the trust gained in these levels made the difference.

Got max trust in 5-1 shortly after the boss fight.

no if you has high trust with him you will see him at the final battle he will help you and save faye from the red attack, so you will not loss bo instead and you will fight the red robot as a full team with no losses only por the japanese guy that didnt make it

You have to have "very High" trust with everyone except shindo and kurosawa for Cain to come back during the final battle
