Bumping Trophies

Im stuck with this trophies im using the defence attack if i am close to a kart and guess what im still stuck on 9/25 i did 3 races in a row and im sure i ge 3 each race and still 9/25

Anyone with good tips? And maybe a video?

Are you making sure you are drifting to fill the blue bar? Once full activate near other racers and make sure you hit them, they will spin out. This counts as a bump.
