On what is your skill level based? How is it determined?
Mine is 173 I believe, but I don't know if that's good or bad or what it says.

I believe the higher it is the better.. but the stats seem very off. Sometimes I'll log in after a week and it says "your skill has decreased"

Yeah, higher is better. I know the max is 200, so I guess 173 is decent. But I have no clue on what it's based on.

Mine is 0, mainly because I played 1 game and never played it again.
