weapon camo question

Boutneus - BF3 Stats

if you look at the upcoming unlocks under my stats it says different gun camo's coming up for the L96, the pkp pecheneg, scar-h and others. Then underneath it says : 1 specialist left.
What the hell does that mean? How do you unlock the gun camos?
It also says: 198h 13m left. So i need to use a certain gun for 200hours to unlock 1 specialist or what?
200hours? that's like mastering 1 gun 25 times for a camo

Can't see myself using the l96 for 200 hours. If anybody knows how the camo's work or if it really is 200h for each gun lemme know

yeah, i noticed when i put on certain guns i had camos for them, but apparently you have unlockable camos as well? i have no idea how this works

Nope. Once you get premium you get a new camo for the F2K, Scar H, PKP, and L96. But it also shows another camo as an upcoming unlock if you complete the specialist assignment. This assignment is either 1. hidden or 2. does not yet existing but the camos have already been loaded into battlelog.

I'd assume as the months go on we'll get more camos for the aforementioned guns, as well as camos for other guns. I personally wouldn't mind multiple camos for each gun of the game except handguns/rocket launchers.

This is probably what your seeing just not unlocked by DICE yet.

That's my guess too. I'm thinking there might be some new assignments to unlock the camos.

I assumed you would get them after completing the Class Assignments, but I've done those and haven't got any, so I'm a bit confused to say the least.

I'd hope that they will release a few different camos for every weapon

(Just like Black Ops... They did it right.)

I couldn't care less about gun camo I just hope that they don't release loads of "new" content that is really just another gun camo with some crappy assignment to get it.

I want proper content that sets Premium over the base game and it's DLC and that's not just getting the DLC a week earlier either.

More exclusives that aren't useless.

Well, we get Soldier Upgrades, which seem to be Weapon Camo's...

We also get a "Bonus Content Drop" every 3 months, so who knows what that could be? I swear to god if it's just some crappy dog tags I won't wear anyway.

Is there anything specific you're thinking about? I'm fully expecting a bunch of useless "exclusives" for the additional content. Things like weapon camos, soldier camos, boxcutters, dog tags, etc

The rest of the premium stuff will be worthless to most of us as well. Exclusive tips videos and strategy guides

I actually watched the first premium video, mostly because CQ wasn't working yet, and it was stupid. It might have been cool if they released it before CQ, as it was basically just level previews. The developer "tips" were worthless.
