REC Physical Challenge

The last riddle I need to do: REC an enemy so that he hits another enemy.
How and where do i do this?

I already have 1/3, no idea how I got it though.

I'm done with the story and the side missions.
Still need to do NG+.

Help is appreciated.

Outside the gates to the Steel Mill there is always an armored guy and a normal guy, just keep evading and jumping over them 'till they line up right and hit the armored guy into the other guy. Also, use your disrupter so they can't shoot you.

I found this easier to get if you use your REC on a guy with a bat or pipe in his hands. If he's close to another thug(s) he'll swing out of control and hit them.

Yep, I did it near the court room.
Took me a minute.

i did it in both of the fights with the one armed twins. Shoot them with the REC and they spin in circles, hitting loads of people at a time.

Yes, I too used a guy armed with the hammer, he'll swing it like crazy. Very funny!
