Intrigued to see where rocksteady go from arkham city but what would you do?

Maybe going after Hush (Identity Theif) seeing as Batman states that 'He left Arkham City, I'll go after him tomorrow'

Hopefully they will leave the Joker out of it now and not have him come back from the dead (Or small cameo, Zombie Joker, no vocals )

I think it's pretty obvious that Gotham City would be the backdrop. There is a ton of hidden Scarecrow content in Arkham City so I would assume that he would make an appearance in a third Batman game again.

I would like to see Hush, Black Mask and possibly Red Hood as some of the main villains for the next game.

I'm sure Azreal will play some part in it based on the dialogue between him and Batman.

maybe the prophecy is a vague hint to all the setting of the third game

maybe the fire that rise from the ashes of arkham is a reference to the joker? what if the death from titan is but a catatonic state and the joker will be back with some interesting abilities

I doubt they're going to take the Joker out of the story. He'll probably be brought back to life using the Lazarus Pit.

Personally, I'd like to have Red Hood being the major antagonist. You go through the entire game. Batman thinks it's The Joker, back from the grave, or something, until the final confrontation, where you fight Jason under the influence of Scarecrow's fear toxin.

I would really like to see some extended story line with Nightwing and Robin. That would be pretty sweet. As far as the villain goes there are many to choose from now that Joker is gone. Penguin, riddler, poison ivy could team up. I think that would be an interesting set to play against.

My guess is that things will go one of two ways:
1- The harley Quinn DLC will open up story elements to segway into the sequel.
2- The Joker is no longer a part of the Batman univers.

Or maybe...
3- Next game by Rocksteady is gonna be Superman. This is an actual rumor.

I would definitely love to see Nightwing incorporated in the main story somehow for the next game.
