Plus you have to use specific modifiers and have to use them all by the time you finish all of the campaign ones according to the ingame description anyways.

I have to correct myself... THERE ARE Extreme Challenges. I unlocked the first one moments ago.

So there will be 12 normal combat challenges and 12 extreme combat challenges, 24 in total?

Exactly
6 x normal combat
6 x extreme combat
>difference: extreme requires to get more points and has an other set of enemies. Harder enemies of course! (e.g. electro shockers in early rounds)

6 x normal predator
6 x extreme predator
>difference: in extreme you have to fulfill other (more challenging) tasks.

Good, I was about to be a little disappointed in the challenges there were no extreme ones. That's where the fun is.
