Riddles won't Solve

Can anyone help me with the riddles?! I know were to look and how to scan (press L3) but no matter how much I do it the riddle just will not unlock

The riddles are really, really picky about the angle you look at them so keep moving around and nudging the joysticks until it works. Even if you think it's lined up right, the game won't so keep trying.

^^ This. Basically the game wants you to be absolutely perfect when you're solving the riddles. Just keep at it. I know a few of them are really frustrating

Took me forever to get that one to unlock in the cave where you were looking up. And I think I had some trouble in one of the buildings looking down from some vent on one of them. Just keep playing around and trying different positions to unlock them. You'll get there...

If you need any help with specific riddles then feel free to ask me. I've gotten plat on this game for both PS3 and Xbox 360. Really easy game.

Scanning them with L3? Isn't it L2, could swear it was. But anyway those question marks which only show up in detective mode are annoying. They need to be perfectly aligned. The one in some cave... ugh.
Other scannable stuff are not so bothered with your position though. Yeah like others have already said, feel free to ask if you have trouble with some specific one.

thanks guys, hmm maybe im pressing the wrong button then?! it says in my book L3 to zoom and im guessing that's the same as the walk through thing im following looks the same on my screen.

NYA HA!!! I figured out I WAS! doing it wrong your supposed to hold the L1 button to scan!! L3 is just a zoom!! I'm breezing through the riddles now.. Just having a problem with the stupid question mark ones!!
