I don't know what is the hype about it.

One of my easier platinums.

I guess it depends on how much trouble you have grasping the combat, once you get it, the game is easy. Some people find the combat difficult to grasp or aren't good at these types of games. I found the challenge rooms really hard at first because I just button mashed my way through hard difficulty and that simply wouldn't work on challenge rooms so I had to get the combat down from scratch, they became easier once I got the flow of the combat.

I just couldn't get to grasps with the combat challenges, they were really stressing me out as they were the only trophies I needed and they seemed impossible for me to get

You don't necessarily have to string together 8 moves to get a high enough score. As long as you mix in 4-5 and then finish off multiple guys with takedowns for multipliers, you can rack up a high score quickly, as well as take out dangerous guys sooner.

Once I started mixing in more batarangs ofr knockdowns and then using takedowns I was able to finish the last two challenges I needed.

Oh I see, I was always tweaking my combos in story mode so getting the all moves combo wasn't anything new to me.

Well I've platinum'ed this game and didn't really feel the challenges were really that much of a trouble.

I am pleased with the plat. I consider any game with a plat difficulty of 6 or better to be worthy and respectable to plat. In addition, it does take a certain degree of skill to finish the challenges and that in itself is something.

I am stoked with, and very proud of this Platinum. It feels very earned when you finish it.

Well I just got the Plat and feel it was worth it and well earned, especially after the hassle of the Shock & Awe Extreme Challenge. I swear there was a point where I was ready to call it quits but glad I didn't!
