Riddle Question

When I was trying to get 100% riddles, I found that I couldn't get some of them in the Medical Center lower levels at the time I was there.

Is there a way back in?

Do the equips carry over to a new playthrough thus making it so you don't get 100% riddle answers on the first playthrough?

No, there is no requirement for a second playthrough in order to get 100% of the trophies. At some point, you will have the option to return to the medical center and can free roam the entire game map. Unfortunately, it's been awhile since I've done the story mode, and don't recall when that point in the game is. But rest assured, you won't have to play the game through a second time.

When the game is completely over and you've beaten the final boss, you can free roam everywhere with no enemies to mop up if you've missed anything.

you can go anywhere once Ivy is down and as BB said you have open free roam after finishing the game.

if i remember correctly in one of the buildings that you are talking about may even be the same one. where you entered the elevator to go down. i believe its a medical building. after you complete the story mode the elevator is closed and cannot be used BUT THERE IS AN AIR SHAFT CLOSE TO THE ELEVATOR THAT TAKES YOU TO LOWER LEVELS. hope its the one you needed
