No, the rules are pretty clear about that: "Only video games & video game related items can be sold here."

Plush toys of a video game character are clearly video game related items. I mean come on, the tag on it clearly reads "HARVEST MOON DS". Saying it's not a video game item is like saying a Sackboy plush toy isn't a video game related item.
