How to get many points on vocal?

Hi

We've got problem with scoring points on vocal. We are trying go do some challenges during career mode. But we cannot go past gold medal or even achieve any medal at all...

My wife sings on easy level and she gets almost all grades 'excellent' and only 3-4 'solid. She uses star power to get 8x multiplier but still she can't get many points. Is it because low level of difficulty? Any ideas how to score a lot of points?

Some of the challenges require you to play on harder difficulties in order to obtain the amount of points needed to make diamond or platinum levels.

Yeah i've noticed that. But still, my wife can't get even gold medal on one of the songs (on easy). It's strange because if i remember correcty with the others instruments there is always possibility to make gold challenge even on easy.

I just wanted to have confirmation that there are no tricks, secret multipliers etc... It seems that she just has to learn to sing on higher levels

If you can find someone online who is really good at singing and they platinum or diamond a challenge you also get that score.

I can confirm this, like any instrument the harder the difficulty the more points you earn, even on vocals.

...and before you ask, I don't sing

Let your wife try on a harder difficulty, You'd be surprised, my gf always played medium, but actually did quite well when we set it to hard difficulty to try and get some of the challenges.
