Gave it a 4. Not too daunting but some of the shot trophies can be annoying and winning 5 level 3's in a row my challenge some. The rest is just time consuming.

I bought this game out of curiosity, mainly cos the graphics looked very OTT and hey it's Pokemon-like... what's not to like! I've almost got the platinum, just some special shot battle trophies to get, and a couple of the shot trophies (3 battle gems, 3 fuel pick-ups).
The game is far more enjoyable than I imagined. Shame the trophies are easy, as I could play this game quite a lot more. None of the trophies feel like grind trophies, this is nothing like picking up 1,001 flags in Assassins Creed II. I'll probably vote a 4, unless I struggle with the two shot trophies. |

The concept of the game is pretty quirky and fresh. It's nothing like the Pokemon clone that I was expecting.
Anyway, difficulty-wise it's either a 2 or a 3. I'll give it a 3 just because of the time you'll spend fighting with the controls. After you finish story-mode, you do have to do additional grinding. But it's not hard at all. It's just grinding. The only difficulty problem I could see anyone having is if they choose Haos as their favorite element and suck at the game, then they could have trouble with the final boss. If Leonidis was Darkus element, the final boss would probably be too easy. Any of the other four elements, and he's doable. I was Ventus (wind), so it was a little tricky but nothing difficult.

3.5 on this one - some of the shot trophies can be a little tough but other than that nothing too hard - very time consuming but this can be avoided somewhat by using some of the tips listed. Fun game for a bit then becomes a little annoying - especially the shaking battles.

I have to say that if you are savvy with any elemental card based strategy game then you will have no problem with this one. While the ideal of shooting your "poke ball" is novel at first, they trophies can be knocked out quickly, and most enemies can be destroyed by slamming them. I'd say a 1 for pros and a 4-5 for intermediate players.
