I must have missed a step somewhere as I cannot get the mind map into my inventory. Reloaded the section twice and for some reason, doesn't take a mind map card into inventory. When you interact with the stack of mind maps, shouldn't he take one of the mind maps?

before the first slide advancer there must be puth release gas. i followed everything 5 time to the letter and i kept doing something wrong so i wachted this vid

and as you see his first is negative. but al the others are the same (i think)

You really should stress the importance of picking up the photo album whilst at Emetts lab for the first time... I practically have to play the whole game again now...

The walkthrough already says to do that..

If you followed the walkthrough word for word, then you wouldn't have missed anything.
