So far I've been loving your guides for these episodes,
but no guide should ever suggest to anyone to "wait for a few minutes and check again"

My solution is to change the order of instructions to the following:

-Walk over to the Hill Valley of the Past hut.
-Use Item Spray Bottle to equip.
-Interact with Caveman (With Spray Bottle equipped.)
-Interact with Caveman.

-Walk over to the DeLorean.
-Use Item Spray Bottle to equip.
-Interact with DeLorean (With Spray Bottle equipped.)
-Interact with DeLorean.
-Interact with Doc.
-Dialog (Doc): "The light's green!"

-Use Item Photo Album to equip.
-Interact with Trixie. (With Photo Album equipped.)
-Use Item Prism to equip.
-Interact with Trixie (With Prism equipped.)
-Use Item Mink Stale to equip.
-Interact with Trixie (With Mink Stale equipped.)
-Trophy: "The Other Woman" Unlocked!

(interacting with Trixie will hopefully allow the few minutes to pass)

-Interact with DeLorean. (If the light is red, wait a few minutes then check again. If it is green, proceed to the next step.)
-Interact with Doc.
-Dialog (Doc): "The light's green!"
