Default Can't purchase per episode?

In the end I will buy the entire thing. But I read a release that they were going to eventually release it on disc, and as a huge BTTF fan, (RaoulDuke88 - 88 MPH), I'd rather own the game in hard copy for the collection.

So, paying 19.99 would be an option to play all 5 episodes at once. But if I'm spreading out the money over 5, until the day it releases for sale in stores - then I might as well wait.

But if I could get my Episode 1 fix for 1.99, I'd be all over it and play it. Same with them all. Paying 20 bucks now vs. later for a real copy seems to be a bad strategy, when I won't get Episode 5 until the same day anyway.

Am I missing something here?

Only thing that gets me is the price. $20 yeah ok, but are all the episodes going to cost $20 making this a $100 game? Nah, I think I'm going to wait for a huge price drop and when the whole thing is released, but that's just me.

I found this to be some shit! You have to buy the Whole series & I guess unlock them monthly??? I BETTER NOT have to pay to unlock them when I have already paid 20!

its $20 for all 5, and even if it was $80 i would still pay....i think any real fan of Back to The Future would pay anything to play this game....

Each episode is 3-4 hours first time through. So thats about 20hrs of game and story for $20, or $1/hr.

That's fraking excellent IMO.

They'll probably release then per episode down the line, but If I'd have to wager they'd sell for $5 each doing so. Better to just pay the bundle price now, or hope to god for a sale down the road.

And with the PSN, it's almost a guarantee that you won;t see a sale on a 3rd party published game like this. I'm still waiting on tomb raider to have a flash sale

I think they said there were going to release the game on disc but only the PC version but no info on the date.

Even if I also want this on a disc on PS3(not a big fan of PC gaming), I think it's pretty much a waste of a blu-ray disc due to ep. 1 being around 200mb so all the eps. will be 1GB. combined, probably a little more.

Oh, ok. If it is $20 for all 5 then yeah it's a bargain. I was under the impression that each episode was $20 a pop.

But I'm still going to wait for a price drop. I am a huge fan of Back to the Future (what kid growing up in the 80s wasn't?) but I'm not the biggest fan of point n' click type games. The demo was ok but I'm still going to wait for all of them to be released and a price drop.
