Must Every Trophy Be Earned Online?

If so, I won't be 100%ing this as I have three controllers but not three people to play this with me. Ah well.

You can play an online match with no human players, and still earn the trophies, I belive only 1 trophy requires other human players, which is to play a game session with an invited friend(s), all others I believe can be done with no human players. There is one trophy that says win a game with 2 other friends in split screen, but you should be able to do that with 3 controllers and the rest being bots.

But you don't really control whether there are bots or not, right? I guess I could just wait til the game dies down, haha.

You can play a "practice round" which is you + split screen vs. bots or you can play a "private game" where it can be you and friends vs. bots or you + bots vs. friend + bots.

Yeah, I just noticed that about an hour ago, although it's still gonna be pretty hard to beat three bots with zero help. Maybe when I unlock that guy that can shoot the laser beam, it'll be easier. Or I can just wait until I find at least one other person, that should make it a lot easier.

Does anyone know if practice mode will unlock the trophy though?

The bots may look tough at the start, but the AI really drop after your first turret is destroyed. Instead of going to the next turret, the AI starts going to the "other first turret" (if they destroyed the up one, they'll attack the down one), giving you plenty of time.

Basically, when playing a game with only bots, you'll always start losing but will always end up winning. But try not to use a support character like Voltar, you don't want to depend on your partner bots to attack.

Oh, good to know, so they'll probably go after all four turrets? I quit mid-way cause they took out one of my turrets pretty quickly and then they all came and attacked me while I was attacking their turret. I was playing as Leon, but maybe it'd be a better strategy to focus on killing them first so I stack up Solar and can become more powerful?

You can get trophies through the practice round. I got the killstreak trophy in the practice round. I assume you can get any trophy offline as long as it does not specify being online.

If you go to private match, then you hit X without inviting anyone, all other open slots would be bots. So you can play an online game with only bots if you go to private match and not invite anyone.
