How to get Magic Chains?

I need to make Magic Chains so i can make the last part of the ship but i'm not sure how to do it. I've checked a few guides which all say you get the recipe for it by buying a book from Pamela's Shop, but whenever i go there she isn't selling the book i need, and i can't find any other way to get the Magic Chains...

Any help is very appreciated

You need to buy the book "Seasonal Alchemy 2". And you can really get it in Pamela's Shop.
