Okay, I think I figured out what was wrong. While I did beat Evil Face, I think there was a glitch because Pamela wasn't in her store and I had asked her to be in the swimsuit contest. What do you think was the glitch? There is a time when Pamela is not in her store. But yes I have also experienced that she is not in her store after she has opened the tower for you. Nevertheless I think that it could have been during the time when she is not in her shop anyway. I haven't paid attention to that and will do it next time.

But I don't understand the problem here. You said you haven't done enough with the Chim's The event about the Devil are pretty easy to handle.
