quake crystals

I am desperately in need of quake crystals coz Im working on Gio requesting me to create a lightning bomb. The problem is that Travelers Way isnt accessible yet coz its only Year1 Month 8 Day 23 in my game. Ive done many endings already and I know that quake crystals can only be found in Travelers Way and thru Cole. But Im wondering why Gio and even Esty have quest for lightning bomb even though Travelers Way isnt open yet?! This is impossible to complete unless Ive missed other places wherein I can get the required item. So, please, is there any other place or ways on how I can get this item? By the way, I havent met Cole yet by this time. I have the recipe for lightning bomb but I just dont have the quake crystal.

As far as i know, the only 2 places where you can find Quake Crystals are: Traveler's Way and Ster Highlands. But seeing as you didn't meet Cole yet i seriously doubt u have either of 2 available.

Thanks for the reply. I decided not to accept the quest and waited for the next one instead and then proceeded with the game.
Oh by the way, this game freezes and sometimes have infinite loading problems! ugh!
But still i love this game. lol
