where do you find a Spirit Breath? i don't where to find it and i need it for lionela's ending

The recipe is in the Pnaktonic Manuscript that you can get in year 2, I believe. I think it's in the Catacombs, but can't remember for sure. Been a while since I played.

The recipe is in an area of the Catacombs called "Beast Graveyard" When you get to the "Big Hall" take the first exit.
