Adventurer LVl 25 Help

hey guys i'm trying to unlock the power lvl dungeon (forget the name right now) by year 3 month 3/1 i'm at lvl 19 right now on date 2/5 i've followed kristen's guide to a "T" but it seems i have a problem can i make it to 25 at this point or am i screwed? Does the dungeon unlock when i get to lvl 25 no matter what? like how the ruins did when i was lvl 5? i've already messed up twice so i really don't want to have to start over lol

Edit: Nevermind I was able to unlock Orthogalaxen and to answer my own question you can be late I was late by a week and still got it unlocked I assume that it can still be unlocked if you unlock it by the end of the assignment
