I'm having trouble with gio's friend requests namely +60 special meat where do I find good materials to get it over 60 all the dead beast meat I've come across has been 20 quality?

A bit late and you might have found your answer already but I think if I'm not mistaken you can buy high quality meat from Cole the merchant kid that drops buy at the 15th every month.

im quite late

buy water from sundries and make the the suppliment (it should come out 90+ quality)
i used any oil base category (eggs, berries) the higher the category quality and item quality the better (i normally use eggs from iksel) and high quality spice if 2 items are high quality it should be safe to use a 50 quality spice (or just purchase salt iksel (the 60 quality one)
if it fails buy something of a higher quality
