AC Revelations No Trophy Glitch

So, I started to go for all the Animus data fragments in AC Revelations, I go and collect the last one. No trophy, I play 20 minutes more, no trophy. I paused and looked, I do in fact have all 100 but no trophy, help anybody? Cause there goes my AC Revelations platinuim.

Try deleting your Game (not save) data and reinstalling the game as something may have been corrupted. If this doesn't work then you may have a bad disc.
