Does anyone play Steal the Artifact?

I've been trying for about 2 hours to find a session of Steal the Artifact with no luck. Are there anyone playing it?

i found it pretty hard to find a game aswell but your best bet is to go on at peak times.. your best bet is 6pm GMT, also help if you try at the weekend as there will be a few more people on

I only just got the game yesterday, I played it online for only three games before I got off... The first game I played was Steal The Artifact... I just went to 'play now' and it chucked me straight into it. Our team lost, it was 2 against 4 and we lost 6-0...

EDIT: Just realized that Steal The Artifact is the free for all mode, I was talking about Artifact Assault...

was playing last night. my first time in mp. there was about 20-23 sessions going on. i went down the list, starting with simple deathmatch... after the tutorial threw me in head first into a wanted match. i actually did alright for my first time in acr mp lol >.< we ended up winning altho i was a late join, and everyone else kept leaving the game. it came down to 2 on 1, and the other two ppl were level 50s. i was surprised i managed to actually get a couple of kills/points

anyway. i went down the list, and there were a couple of times i had to keep searching. in particular, i had trouble finding steal the artifact, corruption, artifact assault, and the most difficult time finding chest capture. i had to search multiple times for those modes til i finally got in. for chest capture i kept looking and looking... and i actually got thrown into an escort mission instead. after that, i only had chest capture to do, and it took me multiple tries until i finally got one.

of course, i was playing from like 2am - 5am Eastern... so lol. that could have been part of the problem why so few ppl may have been online.

The "problem" with the FFA mode Steal the Artifact is that a lot of players think it's a silly and counter-intuitive mode. Most matches will end with two players running around on the rooftops, pursued with the rest of the lobby sprinting after them at full speed. It just goes against everything the multiplayer used to be about in Brotherhood and I'll admit I don't like playing this mode too much either.

I've been playing it just to get the "hidden gun" challenges complete. It helps to shoot the current target to change up who has the artifact every once and a while too since when you shoot them the artifact is up for grabs to anyone. So it doesn't feel like your running around in circles trying to catch your target.

This is exactly the problem: when you do bring the Gun and shoot the person holding the artifact, you don't automatically get the artifact next (as you would when you kill that person the old-fashioned way, up close): it drops and other players who are closer will get to it before you do.

All in all, not the best and most intuitive mode of the franchise.
