I got True Templar last because I wanted to totally finish the single player before I got too far in the multiplayer. I knew the MP would start stealing a lot of time once I finally started playing it

For me, it was the trophy for getting all the books. I had done everything else (multiplayer first, actually) and I only had to earn enough money to buy the final Cappadocia books.

Mosh Pit! Went to the Janissary camp, as I already had the fast poisin upgrade and used the Datura bombs after getting a couple of guards annoyed ;-)

Tax Evasion. Have to spend a couple of hours trying to get him to spawn. Almost lost him during the chase too; if that happened it would be real frustrating.

I played through the whole single-player story first, and cleared out the 1 or 2 trophies I had left after I finished the story, before I even got started on the multiplayer.
