Any way to trigger Tax Collector?

Yeah, i know, i've been spaming this joint pretty badly but here comes another question. My last SP trophy is the Tax Evasion. Is there any way to trigger this? I honestly dont think i've seen him at all during the whole damn SP.

Same as Borgia couriers in previous game... a guy with moneybag icon on the map... seen him couple of times during my play.

I feel your pain, luckily I got it in sequence 3, but out of the whole 38 hours I played to complete SP I probably only saw the courier maybe 7 times total.

7 times? You're lucky.

I'm 32 hours (and 43 seconds) into the game, done everything but 4 landmarks and two bomb guild challenges and I've only seen him twice. Thankfully I got him first time but still, these guys popped up all the time in ACB. You'd think they'd be more frequent.

I've seen him once, knocked him off a ladder and didn't get the trophy. I'm waiting for him to pop up again.

I finish the game and saw him 4-5 times. I got the trophy 1st time I saw him, after reading threads about him not popping for some people, I ran to him like a mad dog but he felt down a rooftop and died. I was " nooo!" but I looted him and the trophy popped...cool story, isn't it?

I got it yesterday. The f*cker was right between the doctor, black smith, and bank right next to the blob. I ran back and forth around the blob and he spawned twice.

The first time i poisoned his ass, but no trophy. The second time i just said "screw this", marked him and called in arrow storm and got the trophy. It seems the black blob is a pretty common spawningplace. But both times he spawned, he never came and pick pocked ezio. He turned and ran away pretty much immediately after spawning, so be ready!

Where is the black blob?

Check the map. It looks like a huge black spot. When you go there, you'll find some charred remains of wood that burned down.
