My remaining Liberation missions in North New York stopped showing on the map (including the agent logo). Went house to house looking for people to liberate.

Also my Dual holster, whenever I pick say the French pocket gun it gives me 2 of them (naturally), but when I leave the manor it switches to the French poket gun in one holster and the Scotish flintlock in the other.

Right, screw this then. I have been offered the lend of AC: III from my brother as he thinks it's the absolute worst AC title yet but after reading the glitch-fest that's happening to everyone I think I'll just go back to my original plan of waiting till the GotY Edition hits the shelves next year with ALL the inevitable DLC and bug fixes. Disappointed but so be it.

This isn't even GOTY worthy but it definitely is a good plan to wait for patches and price drop.

Just had some major issues in MP. All characters besides myself would flash in and out. Sometimes visible, sometimes not. Sometimes just their outline would be visible and not their costumes. Made playing anything impossible. I thought maybe it was an issue in the game I was in, but I exited out and got back in a different game with the same issue.

Have you done any experiments that support if there even is a loot capacity?

Here is a list of Glitches and Bugs I've encountered playing. I've finished the story and most other things. I have about 30 hours played.

- The Common Dual Pistols Glitch

- All four of these
1. Markers on the map disappear from compass whilst running towards them.
2. Random custom marker appears in center of map.
3. Random red, enemy markers appear on map when no enemy is present.
4. Consumables (bullets, poison, bait, etc.) disappear during fast travel and entering/exiting/replaying certain missions.

- Randomly falling through the map after loading into an area (Shows Connor falling in whiteness and dies)

- Woodworker Only showing 2/3 for Encyclopedia of the Common Man Entry (Still got the trophy)

- New York North Liberation Missions appear Completed in menu yet the contact says they aren't, then she disappeared off the map (I found another eviction that was unmarked, then it marked contact on my map and aloud me to do the mission)

The bugs I've encountered haven't been game-killing thankfully, but they are very annoying.

Found another funny one. I was Haytham (second time playing through the game now) leaving Boston to enter the Frontier. I whistled for my horse... and waited. I saw him on the mini-map and... over the hill? Nope, ran over the horse and he was below the ground! LOL I even saw his head pop up above the ground just a little bit after I began to run away. Fun times...

Sam Adams' Model got stuck at the end of the mission "Boston's Most Wanted" when Connor was talking to him in a cut scene (think it glitched as the cut scene began because I could see him at first and he was frozen in place). It was humorous to see Connor shake the hand of the invisible man and talk to no one... maybe Connor lost his mind while in Notoriety level 3?

On a mission to not lose 33% of my health I was climbing a wall then got stuck in a glitch in fire and lost the objective

There is. I completed a delivery and after that I was able to get loot for skinning again but after 3 or 4 kills it stopped again so I sold everything until I only had 10 of each max and everything's working again.

Oh yeah... I have 441 capacity for Oak... Only Oak.
It's either growing or falling but it's always 4XX.
