im missing 1 feather i got 99 :*( is there away to see what feathers u got and top see what feathers im missing

The same thing happened to me, and no there is no way of checking. You'll have to do what I did and go over the videos again

Yeah, I didn't know that either, until about a week ago. You can even narrow it down to the district. I was getting frustrated because my last feather was in Venice, so narrowing it down the district made it 100x easier.

Once you've got it down to which district the last feather in, just switch on Eagle Vision and the feather will be easy to see from a large distance.

You should have done what I did I saved one feather in monterregioni and when I had 99 went there and picked it up but just review the videos but go to the memories sections and it will tell you what city it is in
