They are restored memories which u find in the map.

What exactly are you referring to, loading your save or starting a DLC memory?

A "required DLC" may be referring to many things if you're trying to load your save file, such as the latest patch/update. Check to make sure you have all of those installed.

If you're referring to starting a DLC memory, then you must have the DLC installed and you need to look for an icon labelled "Restored Memory" on your map.
