Indeed. Back in the day, you could actually get the Untouchable bonus in the team mode Manhunt when you joined in the first round as the hunted with only a few seconds left on the clock so you wouldn't get killed... and then played as hunter in the second round. A patch fixed that early 2011.

It's easiest in Manhunt, at least it was for me. Each round is only 5 minutes long, and when you're hunting the targets, you can't be killed (only stunned, which doesn't count as a death.) You'd only need to survive for 5 minutes without being killed in the next round to get it, as opposed to a full 10 minutes in Wanted.
