Tiber Island black icon on map. You can also get there thru tunnels system, it will be the first one on the list.

And as always: if you miss something on your in-game map, try to toggle the different icons on and off until you finally see what you were looking for. Some of the icons can be very hard to spot when the map is all cluttered up with ever single possible other icon on top of it.

Tiber island assume symbol it's also accessible through the tunnel systems
