This is not a correct description. I was under the impression that just beating the game and getting those weapon lockers would unlock all the weapon parts, when in fact there are numerous parts that have to be found and picked up. There should be a list of what you need to pick up in each chapter (such as the cat guide).

It sucks to have to get kills with the special weapons like the RPG and the grenade launcher for Guns Blazing. I was wondering why the trophy didn't ding. And getting the official kill with a gun from when an opponent is killed while on the floor shouldn't count towards the trophy.

The online players are in groups, hence Army of Two, and therefore, by the time I take down 1, the other guns me down before I can kill the one I shot to the ground. So basically my kill is pointless in helping me out towards Guns Blazing.

It is all over the place, including this very site. There is one trophy necessary for the plat that requires the user to go to the EA Army of Two Mask Creator Site and creating a mask to upload to the game. The problem arises because EA removed the site to pimp out the Devil's Cartel. No custom mask = no plat.

I had come to this thread to ask the same question. I have this game and I played it briefly but didn't like it too much. However, I kept it in case I was to want to pop it in one day and try to put up an extra plat. Well, I'm getting to a point lately where I am finishing up most of what I have and I thought that day had finally come. So I came to take a look at the trophy guide but while surfing around I noticed this game in the unacheivable platinum thread. Is there any word as to whether this option to create a custom mask for The 40th day will be available on the new website? You would think that EA would acknowledge that a lot of people may be playing/attempting to platinum this game in preperation for the new release.
