It may work for Akane too. The downside is that you need to manually get to level 3 since you are fixed to your default arcana, but that's not terrible. I probably won't bother trying it, but I bet it requires far less button presses.

It works for Saki too, though I find her CHE easy to do normally anyway.

I've had this stuck at about 97% for months because I was getting nowhere with Akane's trophy on a pad. Tried for On The Streets... earlier and I always seem to mess the string up and grind to a halt after the first two circle inputs. Is there a trick to hitting that flip out of the back dash?

I made special note of that when I tried to describe it to Setsuna for his guide. Now that I look at it, it's actually on the wrong move. I forget exactly what does it (I THINK holding 2 during the backdash results in full stop, but I'm not sure), but if you're not careful with the 236A input, you will get it by mistake. When I was first learning this string, I got that a few times. The only answer is be very careful about releasing the D-Pad before inputting the 236A and you should have it.

Must have tried it thousands of times and I've only managed to get the input once. Of course I wasnt expecting the input to work so I didn't follow it up. These last two trophies are evil.

For Akane's trophy, do directional inputs count? How about triple - double mapped buttons? Also, when do inputs stop counting?

Trying to do it on a pad, can get the 35 always but the ultimate is eluding me... Only mashing ABCD and hardly E though.

For Akane's trophy, I tried setting 2 buttons to turbo, and it failed every time. I had more luck setting 1 button to turbo and manually mashing the rest. That means that most likely double/triple mapping would fail too - I'm guessing 2 buttons pushed at the same time counts as 1 press.

Inputs are counted as soon as the move starts, all the way until she dashes out of the starting stance. As soon as she hits the first time, you pretty much already know which version you got by the speed of the hit.

I believe it should be a lot less inputs required in Simple mode though. I tested and both Saki and Nazuna's CHE become significantly easier in Simple mode, so I don't see why Akane's wouldn't as well.

Hm. Tried with simple, but never got past 5 hits while I still get 35 every time on normal. Wonder if I'm pressing the buttons at the same time too much... Only offline trophy left. x_X

Does anyone know how to unlock special CG #11? It's the only CG that I need for gallery completion.
Edit: nevermind, went into Akane's story and beat Nazuna and Konoha, CG unlocked.
