Considering the questions will be the same, why not just start a thread where everyone can fill their responses to the same questions and pick the best answers once a month? : /

It's not about the best answers, it's about rewarding the member we see as giving the most to the community here in any given month.

We may spice it up a little and change the odd question here and there. Maybe add a few ... take some away ... just to keep you on your toes
