Those 2 threads are closed because they are instructions and they don't want discussion to take place in the Submit forum. This is nothing like the threads in the submit forum, and it has no reason to be stickied seeing as it's not relevant anymore. If anything (emphasising the "if") a new thread should be made... Last I checked, games are no longer;

I didnt suggest it to be stickied...i think it should be locked NOT stickied & a new one be put in it place

It would be nice to see another welcoming post from webb though..just to refresh..it could be put in the member profile area just for the new members to see when they are about to post something in there.
