Although upthread, someone said the Thorton, Inc. spoiler put in Madison when it meant Scarlet. <sigh>

Yeah Madison needs to die for the respected enemies trophy to pop unless I missed something. I had him at +9 with a -1 from knowing SIE in Moscow.

Madison is irrelevant to the story afterwards anyways, she leaves you and you live with the guilt of knowing you saved one person over many. Really selfish decision for that one.

Scarlet is at the end, it threw me off as well.

heck, Darcey even fly's to your rescue in the black-hawk.. come on hes a handler, he did not have to do that! if you do the mission well he even praises you in an e-mail.

I didn't care about Darcy, his fault was following orders at the end. He could have walked away but he choose to fight so he gets killed for it.

For me it was Heck, that man is awesome. Doesn't give a crap what anyone thinks, gladly butchers and kills for the thrill of it and loves causing problems. He was voiced really well, and his personality I thought was really well developed.

The worst for me was Leland, that man doesn't shut up, ever. Pointless character aside from his connection to the story and just repeats everything you just did.

Everyone is pretty rude, but the thorton inc ending for me made it worthwhile. In spite of everything, Michael turns the tables on his employers, has a better network of contacts and has plenty of money to do it all with. It's not the typical ending you would see, it's evil yet satisfying in a way, the bad guys get arrested or killed and your character takes it all over without anyone being able to do a thing about it.

Just defeated Brayko and chose aggressive dialogue options as recommended in the guide. It got me to -1...still he revealed Surkov's role and we got a deal..The debriefing even mentioned...an "alliance" with Brayko

For the Ready for Anything trophy, what is best way to proceed in order to get. I've just started 2nd playthrough to get the other trophies i missed and would like to know

Master (or even expert) Chain shot to the head with steel core bullets + brillance = Easy mode.

Add stealth to get the free throat stabs, and the only reason hard is difficult is keypad bypasses without an EMP... (11 in like 15 seconds??? Are you serious?)


edit: Ready for anything just requires you to buy all the intel you can. Basically, keep your no star gun(s) until the three star is available, and only buy one type of armor.

Did he reveal Surkov's role AND the next mission unlocked? I had the same thing, we talked and the end mission debriefing mentioned Surkov but the mission didn't unlock for me until I asked him specifically about the contact option.

Rep shouldn't be an issue, it should just say he's an ally and you are fine. You don't see him anymore anyways. I'm surprised you got a -1? It doesn't matter but if it bothers you just try again and keep him at neutral.

Chain shot and stealth is all you should be using in hard mode. It's frustrating how an enemy can pick you off in 2-3 shots, so stealth is vital as is the ability to string chain shots 2-3 in a row without attracting attention.

The keypads were very annoying, just use the EMP charge skill to avoid the harder ones. The only ones that pissed me off was the triads/russian mission where the cops show up and chasing down the assassination data had another one.

The safes were brutal as well, 5 picks in 12-15 seconds is not fun. They made it annoying rather then challenging.

Also in 1st playthrough i didnt meet Sis, where do i find her?
I did the mission in this order- Rome, Moscow, Taipei. In Taipei Albatross only showed up on my in mission. I spared everyone life but never meet them in person. where do i find them. What missions must i do

I had the same issue. In the strat. guide it tells you to choose an aggressive opening stance to get a +1 but I wound up getting -1 instead. I let him live and the next mission about preventing Surkov's escape unlocked.

For Thorton, Inc. does everyone have to actually have a "Liked" status or just a positive rep status? Right now I'm +1 with Surkov but still at "Neutral" (same with Grigori) and the guide says if you shoot Surkov it boosts your rep with Brayko.

Anyone got info on Thorton, Inc? I punched Leland, saved scarlet, saved mina, turned marburg and parker, agreed to betray my country, and let leland and westridge live.
