"Aint got time to bleed" obtainable in singleplayer?

So ive come back to this game and the only other easy trophy i can get might be this one. Ive never noticed but in the singleplayer menu it has :single player survivor"
Im not sure whether u can but if somebody knows that would help because its impossible to get online matches now. Thanks

I got this online with randoms pretty easily. Not to long ago either. It should work fine in single player through. You just have to make sure you take damage and heal. Should get it in about 20 minutes.

Also how did u find multiplayer games, i tried 1 year ago and found nothing and i also tried yesterday and found nothing can u tell me what u go through in the multiplayer menu?

For Survivor I went to Multiplayer > Friendly > Survivor > Any. Searched and was in a game in maybe 5 minutes.

It's perfectly doable in single player, just get hit a little, take a stim, repeat. Shouldn't even take 20 mins.

I got this today in single player, doesn't seem to matter if you die either unless I lost count lol. I played about three games solo then it popped.
