Default Least Favorite Enemy?

I'm only on Chapter 3 so as of right now it's the Colossal Ruin. That thing drives me crazy when I come across it. Anyone got any tips and the easiest way to kill it?

Stay far form him and shot him with your teapot cannon.

Thanks for the tips. I haven't used the teapot cannon much since last I played I had only just gotten it, but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it when I pick it up again.

This thread was created a while ago but oh well I think it's an ongoing, valid question. I actually found uh menacing ruin probably the most annoying. You come across A LOT of them too. On it's own or with just a few low level bad guys, yeah it's a cinch but with some of the tougher ones it often gets in the way. You can't kill it quickly until you take out it's hands with an umbrella deflection which involves waiting and timing. Plus it isn't distracted for very long by the clockwork bomb because of it's attack power.

Colossal ruin fights were less frequent and in all except one battle area there are pillars you can use to good effect. Just kept a pillar in between you and it and it'll never even touch you. And yeah spam teapot cannon. Tea pot cannon fast became my 2nd favourite weapon when it obviously so useful on the colossal ruins and also... luring a bunch of enemies together with a clockwork bomb then BAM hitting em all with a shot of hot tea... so fun.
