Location of telepathy ball(s)?

Is Stage 7 the only place to grab a telepathy ball, or do they show up elsewhere? Just curious if I should start back at 7 before going any further. (Yeah, I know, the game takes like an hour and a half to finish, just trying to save myself a few minutes by wasting a few minutes on this post ).

Finished the game without seeing any more telepathy balls in stores or scattered about the levels, so I'm back to stage 7. Getting my dollar's worth, I suppose.

you have to run then crouch to reach the area
