Ending A (All Clear) Glitch

right so i have finished stage 14 and 15 twice now
and both times have been given ending B

in the guide it simply says finish stage 14 and the trophy will pop

what could i possibly be doing wrong?

You have to shoot down the nuclear missiles.

Like above said... shoot down the missiles, two I think in 14 and then the last one in 15. In total those two took about 20 seconds to do with the speed boost on.
