Do the DLCs work if I started my game already, I got all the free DLCs and when I started a new game, they were activated. Will it work if I purchase the new DLCs (the ones with price) and continue my saved game? I really like some of those items and and PP addons.. I think they'll make my platinum easier.

And for True Ending, you must have under 500 turns, what are turns? I'm asking because I want to prevent from going over it, now I wouldn't be able to if I don't even know what these turns are.
