I don't think this will get you the trophy. I tried doing that on another account on my console, so I could test out a buggy trophy. As soon as I did something that would earn a trophy, the trophy mesage pops up, chimes, but reads... "You did not earn a Trophy."
Just a heads up, but if you find out otherwise, please let me know.
