trophy issue?

does anyone have the plat for this game? i have completed the game on hard and gotten all the golds, i brought every single gun in the game but still dont have the trophies for obtaining every special and assult gun.
i have read guides on other sites for the 360 and havent read there ever being an issue.
do i have to use the ingame cheats to get these? do i just complete it in co op to unlock them? has my game glitched?
thanks to anyone that may help.

EDIT, i went through the game with a friend as g-unit, he got all the gun trophies, after we completed it i deleted my saves and started again allowing him to be a member of g-unit, on this run i did not pick up any other gun (by holding square) and got the gun trophies along with the plat.

for other people playing this just dont pick up any guns off any dead bodies and make sure you buy them. its the only thing i can think of that made me miss the trophies.

Thanks for the tip. My JP import copy should be here within a week,the supplier seems to behaving a slight stocking issue with this one.

Well i didnt pick up a single gun & had the same problem happen 2 me ive already done my co-op & have no1 2 do it again god why does karma hate me

Hope this is the right place to put this seeings how the topics is weapons, um, I ran into this glitch and will b starting over again as well, but I noticed tht I have 3 guns not highlighted on my weapons selection list anyone else notice this? They aren't the ones I selected to use either tht I can tell. Any Ideas anyone?

Ok I just picked up a gun and got the trophy so maybe instead of deleting ur saves just go through and pick up any guns u see and u should get the trophy. Good luck to those tht run into this glitch.
