ROAD MAP Overview: -Estimated trophy difficulty: 4/10 (Trophy Difficulty Rating) -Offline: 16 (12 , 4 )-Online: 0 -Approximate amount of time to 100%: 7-12 hours -Minimum number of playthroughs needed: 1+ -Missable trophies: None, level select available -Glitched trophies: None -Cheats: No cheats Introduction: 4 Elements HD on the PS3 is a port of 4 Elements by Playrix Entertainment. It has been improved over the regular version with HD resolution and can be played with both the Dualshock 3 or the PlayStation® Move controller. You're tasked with finding 3 or more pieces of each color, that are all touching each other, so you can select one and then move through all others to make them disappear. Walkthrough Before starting the game, read the following information on power-ups (which you'll slowly unlock as you finish the levels) and tile types you run into so you can save some time: Power-Ups: Spade: This can be used to clear any tile. Bomb: Will explode and remove a host of pieces from the game field. Swap: You can swap two pieces on the game field (they don't need to be next to each other at all.) Shuffle: Can be used to shuffle around all the pieces on the game field so you can take a new approach to your advances. Tile Types and Objects: Stone: Can't make chains of matching pieces with it or through it. Ice: To break it, make a chain of matching pieces through it. Stone Slab: It can only be removed when hit by a flaming arrow. Multi-Level Ground: You have to remove the tiles several times to clear it (2 or more times). Flaming Arrows: They are activated as soon as the energy reaches them, clearing all pieces in their way. They can shoot out 1, 2, or 8 arrows depending on the type of mechanism that is reached by the energy. Step 1: Complete the first tutorial level Easy as that. This will help you better understand how the game works and will also get Conquering the Earth out of the way. Step 2: Unlock And Complete All Levels You'll unlock levels one at a time, one after the other, without much trouble. While doing this you'll get Conquering the Fire, Conquering the Sky, Conquering the Deep, Cornerstone, Chainmaker, Icebreaker and Master of Elements. Step 3: Clean Up You'll only be missing a couple of trophies, and they're all cumulative ones that should have unlocked by the time you've completed the last level, but they COULD still require 30-40 minutes of extra work. They are Boom!, KABOOM!!!, Digger, Bomber, Swapper, Shuffler, Home Sweet Home and Archmage. The ones for using power-ups 10 times SHOULD have unlocked already as it would take you longer to finish the game without using them often. Last edited by Wozamil; 10-01-2011 at 02:32 PM. 4 Elements HD Trophy Guide Conquering the Earth![]() Complete the first Earth level Story Related, Can't be missed. This is the first trophy you'll get in the game. Conquering the Fire![]() Complete the first Fire level Story Related, Can't be missed. You'll get it when you complete level 17, which is the first Fire level. Conquering the Sky![]() Complete the first Air level Story Related, Can't be missed. You'll get it when you complete level 33, which is the first Air level. Conquering the Deep![]() Complete the first Water level Story Related, Can't be missed. You'll get it when you complete level 49, which is the first Water level. Cornerstone![]() Buy any castle upgrade Story Related, Can't be missed. The game shows you how to buy a castle upgrade, and you must do so to progress. Boom! ![]() Create a chain of 20 or more pieces See KABOOM!! KABOOM!!! ![]() Create a chain of 30 or more pieces As the trophy explains, you must create a chain of 30 of more pieces. This means that all 30+ pieces must be touching each other so you can link them all. Once you have 30+ pieces of the same color all lined up and next to each other, one after the other... start your chain and make a single non-stop line that goes through all of them up till piece #30 (at least) and then let go of the button so they all explode and both Boom! and KABOOM!! can unlock. This can be done on any level, but I found it easier to do on level 2. You might also want to try it on a higher level so you can use the Swap power up to set up pieces properly. Digger Use the Spade power-up 10 times See Shuffler Bomber Use the Bomb power-up 10 times See Shuffler Swapper ![]() Use the Swap power-up 10 times See Shuffler Shuffler Use the Shuffle power-up 10 times Hard to miss since you're almost required to use all power ups to progress. Just make sure to use each power-up 10 times. This can be done on different levels, a bit at a time, as the total is cumulative over the whole game for each trophy to unlock. Chainmaker Create 1000 chains of 5 or more pieces Comes naturally from playing the game. You'll want to get as many 5+ chains as possible to get lots of points to purchase castle upgrades. This is cumulative across all levels. I got it on level 36, but your mileage may vary. Icebreaker ![]() Destroy 1500 frozen pieces Comes naturally from playing the game as you'll run into A LOT of frozen pieces. Got it on level 44 but your mileage may vary. Master of Elements ![]() Complete all levels of the game Will unlock once you've completed level 64 (which is the last level in the game). Home Sweet Home ![]() Buy all castle upgrades Glitched, but in a good way. The trophy will actually unlock when you buy the second to last upgrade for your castle. You'll have enough points for it at around level 52-54. Archmage ![]() Reach a total score of 200000 Comes naturally from playing the game. Got it on level 52 but your mileage may vary.
