Life Is Precious + Master Magician Trophy ques.

I noticed that depending on which character you pick, even on re-loads, has different amounts of life and magic. some have more some less so whats the deal with that and how does that effect these trophies?

I am also wondering that, the trophy description is to "max out the life and magic bar" at no point does it mention for FRUM, the default hero. If someone could tell me the character that has highest health and which has highest magic, I will gladly test it just filling it from them (i'm only 3 missing with frum)
