Ok I've just booted up FIFA 09 to check out these new T&C's and its major disappointment unfortunately. The new T&C's come up when you try to connect to any part of the online game in FIFA, not just the interactive leagues.
I spent 5 minutes scanning through the T&C's and there is not a single reference to FIFA anywhere in them. The page is basically informing of a change to the way EA deals with your personal information and is more than likely applied to all EA games where there is an online component. Sorry guys but this has got nothing to do with a possible comeback for the interactive league. |
