Has anybody had any issues with online ranking?

2 days ago I got up to lvl 18 in Hall of Fame, got the trophy, then yesterday I go play the game and I realize I'm back to lvl 17. I've never quit any races or been kicked out by the server so it seems like a glitch to me. Anybody else seen this?
