Attain S rank on all missions.

Acquire an S rank in each mission. The amount of cash you receive at the end of each mission determines your rank. The amount needed to attain S rank gets higher in the later missions. Once you have played a few missions, you should get the hang of it. It's just a matter of familiarizing yourself with a few problem areas on new missions.
